OUR PRODUCTS
• Royal Sweets is manufactured by Bombay Halwa Limited.
• There may be nut traces in all the products listed in the Royal online store as they are produced in our factory which handles nuts.
• In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will substitute an alternative.
• We are unable to deliver certain of our delicious products to you, as they are either chilled / frozen, or those products we consider delicate/fragile and are therefore likely to be damaged in transit.
Kindly contact your nearest Royal Sweets retailer for items unavailable to purchase online.
PAYMENT
• All our prices are quoted in GBP £ Sterling.
• All online Prices and Postage costs on this website are subject to change.
• Please note that product prices in individual retail stores may vary and may differ from online prices.
• Payments for our online orders are processed by our partner World Pay whose terms and conditions apply.
• Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
• All offers are excluding full postage & packaging charges.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Kindly provide us with both yours and/or the recipients complete address (including post code), contact telephone number and any other information to assist the courier company to locate the address.
Failure to provide required information may result in delays in delivery for which we cannot be responsible.
• We would like to ensure that our products reach you as fresh as possible and would therefore request that you bear in mind that all orders received are processed on the following day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.
• An order once placed cannot be cancelled.
• As all our products are perishable, we are unable to provide you with a refund.
DELIVERY
• All deliveries are made by our recommended and trusted courier company UBX : Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and during working hours.
• You are now able to TRACK your orders through the UBX website. Add the first eight numbers of your Order ID (e.g Order ID :42A09d37) to the 'Your Airway Bill No.' and track your Royal Order.
• Please note that all orders received on Thursday (after 12noon) and Friday will be processed on Monday only.
• Delivery will be made during working hours only and we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
• Due to the nature of our products we are unable to leave them on the doorstep and therefore would request that you ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Should you not be available to receive your order, a card will be left in your letter box/appropriate place and it will be your responsibility to have the goods picked up from the nearest depot (details will be stated on the card).
• All our deliveries require a signature and we are unable to accept any responsibility if orders cannot be received when delivery is attempted.
• We aim to make deliveries as follows :
2 - 3 days : England & Wales, Jersey & Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scotland (excl. All Islands, Hebrides & Inverness), Shetland & Orkney Islands, Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland.
3 - 4 days : Inverness, Isle of White, Paris, France, Brussels, Belgium, Amsterdam & Rotterdam, Holland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Copenhagen.
STORAGE
• On receipt of your delivery, please ensure that products are stored correctly.
All sweets must stored appropriately in a cool dry place and away from light
All unopened Savoury Mixes, Chutneys, Pickles and Cooking Sauces must be stored in a cool dry place and away from sunlight.
Once opened the Savoury Mixes must be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
Chutneys, Pickles and Sauces must be stored as per instructions on the pack. |
